1:1s / Small Groups Private Tuition

A one to one yoga session is probably the most effective way to learn yoga.
Private tuition enables every individual to be treated in exactly the right way for them.  I will be able to more easily understand your individual anatomy, postural and movement habit patterns.

One to one yoga classes  are a good way for people that are new to yoga to gain a deeper understanding , and  for those who wish to develop their own personal practice.
It is perfect for those who have a busy schedule and find it hard to attend weekly classes.

Private tuition is also ideal for individuals who may be challenged with physical conditions which require more focused attention, or those who find attending a yoga class too daunting.
Whatever your reason, your private yoga session will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Weekly Classes
Lisa's yoga classes are both welcoming and encouraging, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi.

I run vinyasa flow classes.   The classes are structured as follows:  Pranayama (breathing techniques) where we find places to ground and grow, warm up section, heat section to burn the toxins and increase the cardio vascular tone, balance work, deeper stretching section and finally and deservedly, savasna (relaxation)

My aim is to teach yoga, to people of all abilities, and to work with challenges, weaknesses and injury in a positive and inspiring way.
It can be a little intimidating starting your first yoga class, and the most common thing people say to me is that they are not flexible enough to do yoga. Don't let that be a reason to stop you from starting yoga and discovering the many benefits yoga has to offer.   Yoga is not about making pretzel shapes, there is no perfect pose, each individual has his or her own way of working with a posture and the more you practice yoga the better you get at it!
